VACCINATION POLICY

We firmly believe in the effectiveness and safety of our vaccines. The recommended vaccines have been proven to prevent serious and deadly diseases. We follow the recommended vaccine schedule provided by the Centers for Disease Control and The American Academy of Pediatrics. The recommended vaccines and their schedule are the results of many years of scientific studies and data gathered on millions of children by thousands of our brightest scientists and physicians. We are more than willing to discuss and answer all your questions regarding immunizations. Ultimately, as medical professionals, we strongly believe that immunizing children on schedule with the currently available vaccines is absolutely in the child's best interest and the right thing to do. If you plan to not vaccinate your child, we humbly respect your decision, but we ask that you recognize that by not vaccinating, you are putting your child and others at unnecessary risk of life-threatening illnesses and disability. If you do choose to vaccinate your child, we will vaccinate according to the ACIP schedule.

FINANCIAL POLICY

WALK-IN POLICY

Walk-ins are NOT accepted. We see all patients by appointments and offer same day appointment scheduling. Unless deemed urgent, patients who arrive without an appointment will be given the next available open appointment.

LATE POLICY

Patients are asked to arrive at their appointments before their scheduled appointment time. New patients are to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Established patients are to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. This allows enough time for the registration process to be completed before the actual appointment time.

A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays a patient may encounter while traveling to the clinic location for their appointment. If a patient arrives more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, the patient will be given the option of either being seen that day as a same day sick, if the schedule permits, or rescheduled for a later date. This process will ensure patients that do arrive on time are seen in a timely manner.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any Appointment that is not cancelled 24 hours before the time of the scheduled appointment will result in a $35 cancellation fee.
